This preliminary notice describes the sign-up form currently available on this prelaunch site. Final business details, legal basis, retention periods, rights contact and jurisdiction-specific terms must be confirmed before launch.

What we collect

With your explicit consent, we save your email address, sign-up time, form source, consent version and optional colorway interest. Duplicate email addresses are not added twice.

Why we collect it

To maintain the Whitecap early-access mailing list for future release news. Sign-up is optional. No payments are accepted. Outbound campaigns are not connected yet.

Access and email providers

The list is held privately in our own database and is not publicly readable. An email marketing provider may be configured later; provider details and retention terms will be added to the final notice.

Withdrawing consent

Future marketing emails must include a working unsubscribe link before any campaigns are sent. No campaigns are sent today. The owner’s privacy contact and a self-service withdrawal process remain pending and will be confirmed before launch.
